Beyaz kalemin olayi gozun icine suruldugu zaman gozu daha acik/uyanik gosteriyor olmasi. Yalniz bazi insanlar bunu fazla dramatik buluyor ve bu yuzden ten rengi/seftali bir kalem tercih ediyorlar. Bu da gozu daha acik/temiz  ama dogal gosteriyor. Ben henuz ten rengi olanlara girismedim ama aklimda birkac tane var deneyecegim. Yani kisaca gozunuzu oldugundan daha acik gostermek istiyorsaniz (renk olarak degil boyut olarak) boyle bir beyaz kalem deneyebilirsiniz. Eger kedi gozu gibi daha kisik/sexy olsun istiyorsaniz ice ve disa siyah kalem cekmeniz daha dogru olur.
Bu kaleme gelince de bence guzel ama baska beyaz kalemim olmadigi icin pek karsilastirma yapamicam. Goz icinde iyi bir sure kaliyor -birkac saat-. Eger cok cok ihtiyaciniz varsa bence butun gozkapagina baz olarak uygulayabilirsiniz boylece renkler daha canli gozukur. Ama bu is icin ucu daha kalin ve genis bi kalem bulmaniz daha mantikli olur :D

White eyeliner makes your eyes look wider. This is how poetic I am. No seriously, it is supposed to make your eyes look wider, but some people find it unnatural so they go for peachy/skin coloured eyeliner. I havent tried one, but I have a few in my mind. I will try them soon. So if you want your eyes to look bigger and wider, go for a white, if you want more cat eye/sexy eye look, go for a black in and outside of your eyes.
About this particular pencil, it stays on well in the waterline but not for a long time. I dont have any other white pencil so I cant compare, but it is good. If you really need to, I can say you can apply it all over your eyelid as a base but it would be better if the tip were larger.
