I got this bag from Amsterdam - Waterstones. I love it a lot and hence I don't use it. I fear that I'd have make up smudges on that pristine pink. Soo here it makes its debut. 

I don't like heavy make up anyways. But I tend to use a lot less products in the summer time. This pretty much sums up the everyday products that I use when I go to work. It's nothing WOW, it just makes me look OK.

Face:

• La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra  *if it isn't too hot*
• La Roche Posay Anthelios XL to protect my face from the sun. Even if I'm just going to the office, I always apply sun protection before I leave.
• Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer to spot conceal. I hate wearing foundation in the summer.

Eyes:

1. Kiko Soft Touch Concealer for under eyes
2. the Balm - Brow Pow & Real Techniques Brow Brush to shape my brows. I tend to use an old, clean mascara wand to brush my brows.
3. Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler to curl my eyelashes, duh.
4. Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil if I need something extra on my eyes that's easy to apply and will give some colour, I'll just draw a simple line with a colour that comes to my hand first.

Cheeks:

• Mac Her Blooming Cheek for that pinkish hue (George Costanza)

Lips:

• Lancome Juicy Shaker in Berry Tale for a little colour but I don't do this every day. I honestly am comfortable with just lip balm.

It seems like there are lots of products here but my daily make up routine with these products is max 15 mins.

Hicbir zaman agir makyaji sevmedim zaten, ama yazin daha da hafif urunler kullaniyorum. Bu yazida da herhangi bir yaz gunu ise giderken gunluk makyajimda kullandigim urunleri paylasicam. Bütün makyaj fırçalarımı ne şekilde muhafaza ettiğimden ve nasıl temizlediğimden bahsedeceğim. Öncelikle fırçaların açıkta durmasından rahatsız olduğum için mutlaka üzerine birşey geçirilmesi taraftarıyım. Ya da kapalı bir yerde saklanmalı. Bunlara ayırabilecek küçük bir çekmecem olsa oraya koyardım, ama yok. Baş aşağı koyulurlarsa da kılları sağa sola yatar ve fırça bozulur, öyle de olmaz. Bu yüzden ben bunları bardak içine koyup üzerlerine buzdolabı poşeti geçiriyorum. Evet, komik ve saçma duruyor ama açıkta durup toz vs olmalarından iyidir. Kirli ve her gün kullandığım fırçalarımı açık bir bardakta tutuyorum, diğerlerini poşetle kaplıyorum.

I will tell you about how I keep my brushes and how I clean them. First of all, I hate when people keep their brushes uncovered. I like to cover them with a plastic bag -the ones for food, thus you know they are sterile-. If I had the place, I would keep them in a drawer, but I dont. And if I put them in the container facing down, then the hairs on them would get all disoriented and it would be BAD. So, I put them in a glass and I cover them with plastic bag. The ones I use daily or the dirty ones are kept uncovered in another glass.

Fırçalarımı yıkama rutinim de şöyle : Eyeliner fırçalarını her kullanımdan sonra, far fırçalarını kirlendikleri zaman ya da başka bir renk kullanacağım zaman, yüz fırçalarını (allık, fondöten, pudra, kapatıcı, bronzer, aydınlatıcı) her kullanımdan sonra, kaş fırçası hiçbir zaman. Bebe şampuanıyla köklerini ıslatmamaya çalışarak yıkıyorum ve başaşağı şekilde kurutuyorum. Sentetik fırçalar çok kısa sürede kururken doğal kıllardan fırçaların kuruması daha fazla zaman alıyor.

This is how often I wash my brushes: Face brushes (blush, foundation, concealer, powder, bronzer,highlighter) after every use, eyeshadow brushes when they are really dirty or when I need to apply another colour, eyeliner brushes after every use, eyebrow brush never. I use baby shampoo and try to avoid from the roots of the brush. I let them air dry face down. Synthetic brushes dry way faster then natural ones.

Core collection fırçaları 4 fırça ve daha önceki yazımda bahsettiğim kap/çanta içinde geliyorlar. Asla tüy dökmüyorlar, çıktıkları zamandan beri kullanıyorum ve çok sık yıkıyorum.
Core collection brushes come in 4 in a container bag that I mentined in my previous Real Techniques post. I've been using them since they first came out and they never ever shed.

Buffing Brush:


Sanırım bütün Real Techniques fırçaları içinde en sevdiğim bu. Yani en azından kesin ilk 3te. Sadece fondöten uygulamak için kullanıyorum, ve bu işi oldukça iyi yapıyor. Pürüzsüz ve eşit bir uygulama sağlıyor. En yakın rakibi Real Techniques Stippling Brush. Fırçanın kılları oldukça sık ve yumuşacık.

I think this is my favourite Real Techniques brush. It is at least in the top 3. I use it solely to apply foundation, and it does its job perfectly.  It gives you the airbrushed effect and equal application. The brush is dense and extremely soft.
Detailer Brush:




Bu fırçayı da sivilcelerin üzerine kapatıcı uygularken ya da göz altıma far sürerken kullanıyorum.

I use this one to apply concealer on my spots or to apply eyeshadow onto my lower lashline.
Contour Brush:



İsminden de belli olduğu üzere bunu bronzer uygularken kullanıyorum. Şekli itibariyle tam olarak elmacık kemiğinin altına giriyor ve çok rahat bir uygulama sağlıyor.

I use this for bronzer as the name implies. Because of its shape, it fits perfectly under my cheekbones and provides easy application.
Pointed Foundation Brush:

Real Techniques'in en sevdigim fircalarindan biri de kabuki. Inanilmaz derecede yumusak ve cok yonlu bir firca. Yuvarlak halindeyken (ilk resimdeki gibi) tum yuzu pudralamak, bronzer-highlighter-allik karistirip daha dogal bir gorunum vermek, ya da allik uygulamak icin kullanilabilir. Yatay hale geldiginde (son resimdeki gibi) ozellikle bronzer uygulamasi icin mukemmel oluyor, ama allik icin de kullanilabilir.  Diger Real Techniques fircalari gibi bu da hicbir sekilde dokulme kopma vs yapmadi.

This is one of my favourite brushes from Real Techniques. It is incredibly soft and versatile. When it is round (as in the first photo), it can be use to powder the face, or for blush, or to blend bronzer-highlighter and blush at the end of your make up for a more natural look. When it is open(as in the last photo) it is perfect for bronzer application, but can also be used for blush. Just like my other real techniques brushes, this doesn't shed.

Makyaj fircalarindan bahsetmeye en sevdiklerimden Real Techniques goz fircalariyla devam ediyorum... Bende baya bir fircasi var ve hepsi hakkinda yazicam. Cok sevdigim ve yakindan takip ettigim Pixiwoo kardeslerden Samantha'nin cikarttigi bu seride memnun kalmadigim firca cok az ki onlardan da bahsedicem. Goz grubunda ise hepsinden memnunum ^^

Bu set 5 fircayla ve firca kilifiyla geliyor, hepsindan asagida ayrintilariyla bahsedecegim. Bu fircalari Turkiye'den alabileceginizi sanmiyorum, bilen varsa yazsin, ama yurtdisinda bircok yerden siparis edilebiliyor. Fiyatlari cok uygun, kaliteleri cok cok iyi.

I am continuing with my favourite brushes from Real Techniques eye brushes. I have quite a lot brushes from this brand and i will write about all of them eventually. You all know that these are designed by one of the lovely Pixiwoo sisters, Samantha. I love them so much and i am very much into their videos, and the brushes are quite amazing apart from one or two. I love all the brushes in this particular set though. These come in this bag like thing and 5 brushes, which I will talk about in detail. I got them from Ulta, they are amazing and very affordable.


Gordugunuz gibi icinde geldikleri kap hem fircalari tasimak icin katlanabilir, hem de ayakta durup fircalarinizi masanizin uzerinde tasiyabilir. Diger fircalarinizi koymaniz icin de extra yer var diger tarafta.

As you can see, the container is pretty well designed too. You can either fold it and use it as a bag for your brushes to take with you, OR you can make it stand up as in the first photo and put them on your desk. There are also empty spots for you to fill in.
Accent brush: Ben bunu kapatici surmek icin (sivilce kapamak icin, goz altina degil), gozumun ustundeki kalemi vs dagitmak icin, kirpik dibine yakin far surmek icin ya da goz altima far surmek icin kullaniyorum. Cok amacli ve cok kullanisli bir firca.

Accent brush: I use it to apply concealer (to cover blemishes), to blend the pencil/eyeliner etc, to apply eyeshadow close to my lashline, or to my lower lashline. It is very versatile.


Base shadow brush: Bu sette en cok kullandigim bir diger firca da bu. Bunu isminden de anlasilabilecegi uzere dumduz bir rengi goz kapagina surerken kullaniyorum. Aslinda arada karistirma fircasi olarak da kullaniyorum ama renk uygulamak icin cok daha uygun.

Base shadow brush: This is another brush that I love and use a lot. As the name implies, I usually use it to apply colour directly onto my eyelid, but sometimes I use it for blending too. It is way better to put eyeshadow on though.

Brow brush: Bu cok nadir kullandigim bir firca, cunku kaslarima genelde far degil kalem suruyorum. Fakat yeni yeni fara gecme calismalarim var bakalim gorucez :)

Brow brush: This brush I dont use a lot because I use brow pencil instead of brow powder or eyeshadow. I am working on it though, we'll see how it goes:)

Deluxe crease brush: Bu firca goz kivrimina renk uygulamak ve orayi karistirmak icin, ama ayni zamanda goz altinda kapaticiyi yaymak icin de cok iyi oldugunu soyluyorlar. Ben goz alti kapaticisi cok kullanmiyorum, kullandigim zaman da elimde yayiyorum. Bu fircanin far surdugum zaman temiz olmasini istiyorum cunku :D

Deluxe crease brush: I use this brush to apply colour to my crease and/or to blend it. But they say it is also very good for blending in the under eye concealer. i dont use under eye concealer a lot and i use my hands to blend it in when i do. Because i want to keep this brush clean for the time when i need it for my eyeshadow:D

Domed shadow brush:  Bunu da far uygulamak ve karistirmak icin kullaniyorum ve cok seviyorum ^^
Domed shadow brush: I use it to apply and blend eyeshadow, and i love it a lot ^^
