Matte lip products are all that matters in the beauty world recently. I don't like lip products all that much and I can't say that I wear one every day. But I've been using Revlon's Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains for a long time and more compared to my other lip products. When I saw this matte balm, I had to have it. This colour, I think, will be great in autumn. Also, I must say that I like how it looks on me! But what's more important than the colour (you can always find the colour you want) is the durability, how comfortable it's on the lips and the texture of it. I can't see why and how people use matte lipsticks with such confidence. Normally, matte lipsticks make lips feel uncomfortable, gets into the cracks, and causes an overall bad look. Since my lips are dry, I don't think I'll be living this matte lips dream. But I'm LOVING this matte balm!

Pros:

• Lasts long for a balm. Of course it doesn't stay as long as a normal lipstick.
• Colour is great
• Quite comfortable to wear

Cons:
I don't like the caps of this type of packaging. Sometimes the lid falls off inside the bag.


Mat rujlarin ne kadar moda oldugunu soylemeye gerek yok herhalde. Ben gercekten mat ruju herkes kosa kosa nasil suruyor anlamiyorum. Normalde mat rujlar dudakta oldukca rahatsiz his verir, catlaklara dolup dudaklari daha da kurutur ve genel olarak kotu bir gorunume yol acar. Zaten dudaklarim oldukca kuru oldugu icin ben mat ruj akimina cok kapilamayacagim sanirim. Ama bu ruja baaayillldiimm!

As I said before, I don't like usual deodorants with all the harmful chemicals, especially aluminum, paraben and alcohol. So this is another deodorant that I found that is paraben free, alcohol free and leaves no marks. It smells AMAZING and unlike the Sebamed deodorants that I wrote about before, i can actually smell this during the day and I really like it.

I can see myself repurchasing it once I finish this one. It's compact so great for travel or putting in your handbag on a day to day basis.

Bu bittikten sonra yenisini alicam muhtemelen. Kendisi normal deodorantlar kadar buyuk degil o yuzden seyahat icin ya da her gun cantaya atmak icin cok cok uygun.

My hair is thin, long, and oily. My life was so very hard before the invention of dry shampoos.
I wash my hair every other day, so I shampoo one day, I leave it the next day, and I wash it again the other day, and so on. Those days that I don't wash my hair, I ALWAYS use dry shampoo. My hair gets oily SO very easily you wouldn't believe. Or maybe you would, if you're reading the review of a dry shampoo.

Things I look for in a dry shampoo

1- It should absorb oil and make my hair look fresh and clean.
2- It shouldn't have a foul/weird smell
3- It better not leave white residue, but if it's very good at the first two I'd tolerate that. Since my hair is light brown, white residue doesn't have fatal consequences on it.
4- IF it claims to give volume, I expect volume.

Glamour Sky High Results

1- Now, this dry shampoo needs to be applied quite a lot to make my hair look less oily.
2- Smells nice
3- It doesn't leave a lot of white residue
4- It gives volume but nothing wow

A quick comparison to Batiste XXL Volume Dry Shampoo
Batiste leaves a lot more white residue, but in return gives a WOW volume. You need to spend a lot more time to make the residue go away. Batiste requires a lot less product to make your hair look SUPER clean.

I got this bag from Amsterdam - Waterstones. I love it a lot and hence I don't use it. I fear that I'd have make up smudges on that pristine pink. Soo here it makes its debut. 

I don't like heavy make up anyways. But I tend to use a lot less products in the summer time. This pretty much sums up the everyday products that I use when I go to work. It's nothing WOW, it just makes me look OK.

Face:

• La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra  *if it isn't too hot*
• La Roche Posay Anthelios XL to protect my face from the sun. Even if I'm just going to the office, I always apply sun protection before I leave.
• Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer to spot conceal. I hate wearing foundation in the summer.

Eyes:

1. Kiko Soft Touch Concealer for under eyes
2. the Balm - Brow Pow & Real Techniques Brow Brush to shape my brows. I tend to use an old, clean mascara wand to brush my brows.
3. Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler to curl my eyelashes, duh.
4. Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil if I need something extra on my eyes that's easy to apply and will give some colour, I'll just draw a simple line with a colour that comes to my hand first.

Cheeks:

• Mac Her Blooming Cheek for that pinkish hue (George Costanza)

Lips:

• Lancome Juicy Shaker in Berry Tale for a little colour but I don't do this every day. I honestly am comfortable with just lip balm.

It seems like there are lots of products here but my daily make up routine with these products is max 15 mins.



Bu cantayi Amsterdam Waterstones'dan almistim. O kadar seviyorum ki simdiye kadar kullanmaya kiyamadim. Icine makyaj malzemesi koyarim diye almistim ama icine dokulur/bulasir diye koyamiyorum :D Ilk kez bu post icin kullandim.

Another Kiko product that I bought while I was in Rome is the Soft Focus concealer. I really needed a new concealer for under my eyes. I have been using the Rimmel Match Perfection and Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer for a long time and I must say that they're both great. But today I'll tell you about the Soft Focus Concealer.

I got mine in the shade 02. 
I use Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch 02 Nude and Rimmel Match Perfection 010 Ivory for reference.

It has a sleek packaging, feels expensive and sturdy. The cap is secure so I'd carry it in my bag without worrying. I have a real phobia of my make up stuff leaking into my my up bag -or worse- my handbag. So I really only carry things that are in a safe packaging.

Since this is an illuminating concealer, I use it under my eyes. Application is very easy, you press at the back of the packaging just like a ball pen and the concealer will come out. I use the brush at the end directly when I only apply it under my eyes. I must say that the first few applications i got either too little or too much product so it was a little disappointing but then I got the hang of it and started getting the right amount.

I put little dots around my eyes, especially in the inner corners and then gently tap with my ring fingers and pray my dark circles and under eye bags go away. And they kinda do. I mean, there's only so much that a concealer can do on its own. If you get a colour corrector and then a concealer you'd surely get more results but I must say I like the results this concealer gives in under a minute, and they prep me up for a nice start for the day ahead.

The thing I'd like to mention the most about this product is that, it has a powdery, matte finish. Once it starts drying, it's almost like it has a powder on it. Which is great, because you normally want to apply powder over your concealer so it stays where it is. With this one, I don't really feel the need to powder on a daily basis and it stays put. If it's July and you're going to be out and about, powder. But if you're going to work at 8 am and you're going to be in an air conditioned plaza for 9 hours, don't. That's how I do anyway. But I must also say that not everyone would like this feature as because of the powdery finish it has, it tends to go inside the fine lines around the eyes. If you have wrinkles around your eyes, you'd like to go for something more dewy, something that doesn't settle inside your fine lines.

Other than that, this is the concealer I use daily and I'm really happy that I'll spend the summer with it! ~

Oncelikle cok saglam ve zengin gorunen bir kabi oldugunu soylemeliyim. Ayrica kapagi da cok saglam, boylece hic gerilmeden makyaj cantama koyabiliyorum. Ben her zaman makyaj cantama koydugum seylerin kapaginin duzgun kapanip kolay acilmiyor olmasina dikkat ederim cunku makyaj cantama ya da normal cantama makyaj malzemesi akmasindan oldukca korkuyorum. 

I have combination/ oily skin and La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra Fluide is one of the best moisturizers I've ever used in my life. It's like water, it never makes my skin oily. Most of the time with moisturizers I feel like I applied too much because they make something more than hydrating my face, which causes my skin to feel oily and heavy. But not with this one. Actually, it's so light that you can even use it for your eyes. Which is one of the things that I find AMAZING about this because I literally get 3 pumps and don't worry about an extra eye cream or not to get my moisturizer near my eyes because they're bad for that part of my face.

I use this in winter and in summer, too. But my dermatologist told me that, contrary to popular belief, you don't need to use moisturizer in summer if your face isn't extra dry. So, with the Avene cleanser that doesn't make my face dry, I sometimes don't even apply moisturizer before I go to bed. I go through one of these every 1.5 months approx.

It doesn't have SPF in it, so especially in summer time don't forget to apply sun cream before you go out!

Pros:
Extra light, not greasy at all
No parabens / alcohol free / fragrance free
Suitable for sensitive skin
Also an eye cream

Cons:
Can't think of any except it ends up really fast.




Karma ve yagli bir cildim var, ve La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra Fluide'in simdiye kadar kullandiklarim icinde en iyilerden oldugunu rahatlikla soyleyebilirim. Su gibi, cok hafif ve cildimi asla yaglandirmiyor. Cogu nemlendiricinin surdukten sonra cildimi agirlastirdigini ve yagli hissi verdigini, ya da gercekten yaglandirdigini soyleyebilirim. Ama bu kesinlikle oyle degil. O kadar hafif ki, goz kremi olarak bile kullanilabiliyor. Yani sabah aksam goz kremiyle ayrica ugrasmak yerine bunu hem yuzume hem goz cevreme rahatlikla uyguluyorum. Cok pratik, cok hafif.

Bu kremi hem yaz hem kis ayrilarinda kullaniyorum. Cilt doktorum bana, inanilanin aksine yaz aylarinda cok kuru cildin yoksa nemlendirici kullanmaya gerek olmadigini soyledi. Bu yuzden, ozellikle cildimi kurutmayan Avene nemlendiricimden sonra bazen nemlendirici surmuyorum bile. Her gun kullanimda 1.5 ayda bir bitiriyorum.

Icinde SPF olmadigi icin bunun uzerine, ozellikle yaz aylarinda, mutlaka gunes koruyucu surmelisiniz!

There really isn't much about what I can say about this. Actually, it's basically because I wrote a review about Bioderma Sensibio H20 back in the day and this is an almost exact dupe of it with all the positive sides and a lower price.

I have been using it almost since it just first launched. It does an amazing job at removing make up. After I watched Lisa Eldridge's video on how to remove make up, I have been using it like that since. Which is, I wet two cotton pads and put them on my eyes, and wait for about 2-3 minutes. Then gently wipe it off. When the liquid stays there, it make it very easy to remove the make up without any damage to the eyes. The rest of the face I do with one cotton pad. For under eyes, I often use the same pad as the one I use for my face, but if my make up is heavy I cut a cotton pad in two and place them under my eyes.

However, it has one downside, it doesn't work well on waterproof make up. If you're a fan of waterproof make up, you'll find that oil cleansers do a better job. With this one, you'll need to do the same step at least twice, if not 3 or 4 times. If you don't want to go for an oil cleanser, you can always wash your eyes with baby shampoo after you remove your make up with micellar water.

I don't use any particularly waterproof make up products but the Kiko eyeliner that I've been using lately is very hard to remove with Garnier Micellar Water, so I tend to re-do the removing step twice and wet a cotton bud to wipe off the excess underneath my eyes and between my eyelashes.

I always, always, always wash my face with my cleanser after I remove my make up with this. I never use make up removing wipes.

Bu urun hakkinda cok diyecek bir seyim yok. Cunku zamaninda Bioderma Sensibio H20 uzerine bir inceleme yazisi yazmistim ve bu urun de neredeyse tamamen ayni ozelliklere sahip. Aralarindaki tek fark bunun cok daha ucuz olmasi.

Neredeyse ciktigi ilk zamandan beri kullaniyorum. Bence iddia ettigi gibi makyaj cikarma isinde cok basarili. Lisa Eldridge'in bu videosunu izledikten sonra ben de makyajimi bu sekilde cikarmaya basladim. Iki tane disk pamugu Garnier micellar water ile baya islatiyorum, pamuklari gozlerime koyup 2-3 dakika bekletiyorum. Sonra yavasca ve nazikce silerek makyaji aliyorum. Makyaj temizleyiciyi uzun sure gozde bekletince orada makyaji cozuyor ve cikarmasi cok daha kolay oluyor. Yuzumun geri kalanini cogu zaman tek pamukla hallediyorum. Eger agir bir makyaj yaptiysam goz altlarima da bir yuvarlak pamugu ikiye bolup yerlestiriyorum. 

Bu urunun tek sorunu, suya dayanikli makyaji cikarmada cok iyi olmamasi. Eger sikca suya dayanikli makyaj malzemeleri kullaniyorsaniz, yagli makyaj temizleyicilerin daha iyi sonuc verdigini goreceksiniz. Bunu kullanirsaniz, suya dayanikli goz makyaji cikarmak icin yukarida bahsettigim adimlari 3 ya da 4 kere tekrarlamaniz gerekebilir. Eger yagli bir makyaj temizleyici kullanmak istemiyorsaniz da her zaman bebe sampuaniyla gozlerinizi bir iki kere yikayarak cikarabilirsiniz.

Ben gunluk hayatta ozellikle suya dayanikli bir makyaj malzemesi kullanmiyorum. Ama son zamanlarda kullandigim Kiko eyeliner suya biraz dayanikli sanirim. Garnier bu konuda biraz zorlaniyor, bir defada cikaramiyor. Bu yuzden makyaj cikarma adimlarimi 2 kere yaptiktan sonra kalanlari kulak cubuguna urunu dokup kirpiklerimin aralarini ve goz altimi temizleyerek cikariyorum. 

Her zaman yuz makyajini temizledikten sonra yuzumu temizleyicimle yikiyorum. Mutlaka. Her zaman. Makyaj temizleme mendillerini de hic kullanmiyorum.

Avene Mousse Nettoyante is the cleanser I've been using for the past 2+ months and I love it! A friend of mine recommended it and I said why not, because she has Accutane treatment just the time I did and her skin is more sensitive than mine. So I thought that if she likes a cleanser, it must be good and gentle. And it is!

I've never used anything from Avene before. Considering I tried almost all skincare brands on the market, it's quite weird but, oh well, better later than never. This cleanser is a mousse, which reminds me of La Roche Posay Effeclar H that I used while I was on Accutane. I think Mousse is quite a gentle way of cleansing your skin. It is definitely gentler than gel, because you don't drag your skin while you're applying the product. Thinking about it, mousse means less fuss, too. You don't need to wet it like you do with the gel, you can directly apply it onto your skin. Also, you don't need to worry about it being homogeneous as it comes out like that. Oh, and the packaging is quite nice and doesn't give too much or too little product.

The best thing about this is that it doesn't dry out your skin, and it really balances oil. It is really important to me that my cleanser doesn't make my skin dry. In my opinion, if it makes your skin dry, it means it's harsher than what you need. You do NOT need something that makes your skin dry just because you have oily skin. It often means that your skin will produce more oil in order to keep the balance. When I used the La Roche Posay Effeclar K, my skin would dry out after I wash it, and a little after I apply the moisturizer, my skin would start to get oily. Now, I did get Accutane treatment and it also balanced my oil level but for someone who has combination/oily skin now, I can truly recommend this cleanser.


Son 2+ aydir bu yuz temizleyiciyi kullaniyorum ve cok memnunum! Benimle ayni zamanda Roaccutane tedavisi goren bir arkadasimin tavsiyesiyle aldim. Onun cildi benimkinden hassastir ve cilt bakimi konusunda da oldukca secicidir. Dedim eger o begeniyorsa, vardir bir bildigi. 

Daha once Avene markasindan hic urun kullanmamistim. Piyasadaki neredeyse butun cilt bakim markalarini denedigim goz onune alinirsa, nasil bu markayi denemedim bilemiyorum. Neyse gec olsun guc olmasin, bur markayla tanismam gayet hos bir urunle oldu. Kopuk yapidaki Avene Mousse Nettoyante, bana Roaccutane tedavisi sirasinda kullandigim La Roche Posay Effeclar H'yi animsatti. Kopuksu yapidaki temizleyiciler sanirim daha nazik oluyorlar. Kesinlikle jelden daha nazik olduklarini soyleyebilirim, cunku yuzunuze surerken jel kadar bastirmiyorsunuz urun dagilsin diye. Ayrica kopuk kullandiginizda urunu onceden islatmakla ugrasmaniza gerek de kalmiyor. Yuzunuze urunu homojen dagitmakla da ugrasmayacaksiniz cunku zaten urun o sekilde cikiyor kabindan. Kabi demisken ondan da bahsedeyim, pompasi var ve tam istediginiz kadar urunu rahatca elinize alabiliyorsunuz. 

En guzel ozelligi yuzunuzu kurutmuyor ve yag dengesi sagliyor. Benim icin temizleyicinin yuzumu kurutmamasi cok onemli. Bence, eger temizleyici yuzunuzu kurutuyorsa, ihtiyaciniz olandan daha sert bir temizleyici kullaniyorsunuz demektir. Yuzunuzu kurutan bir temizleyiciye ihtiyaciniz yok, cunku cogu zaman cildiniz dengeyi tutturmak icin daha fazla yag uretecektir. La Roche Posay Effeclar K kullandigim zamanlar yikadiktan sonra yuzumde bir kuruluk hissediyordum, nemlendirici surdukten sonra da yuzum yaglanmaya basliyordu. Yani Roaccutane tedavisi gordum ve cildim artik o kadar yagli degil, ama karma/yagli cilde sahip biri olarak kesinlikle bu temizleyiciyi tavsiye ederim.

I have been using this shower gel for more than 3 months, and I can say that it's one of the best that I've ever used. I have dry skin and I find most drugstore shower gels drying on my skin. That's why I've been using dermo-cosmetic brands which are mostly available in pharmacies for a long time now. I liked Babe, too, while I was on accutane and I might switch between that one and Bioderma Atoderm Showe Oil, but this is the one I'm currently using. In fact this is the new bottle that I just purchased, which shows my commitment.

The bottle that I used before this one had a flip top cap and had less product in it. But this bottle is easier to use and has 200 ml product in it.

If you have dry skin and looking for a non-drying, moisturizing shower gel from a nice brand, than I would totally recommend this one.

Bu dus jelini 3 aydan fazladir kullaniyorum ve hayatimda kullandigim en iyi dus jellerinden oldugunu soyleyebilirim. Kuru bir cildim oldugu icin normal marketlerde satilan dus jellerini hem kurutucu buluyorum, hem de iceriklerine guvenmiyorum. Bu yuzden cogunlukla eczanelerde satilan dermokozmetik markalarini kullaniyorum.

Kuru cilde iyi gelen, nemlendiren bu dus yagini oldukca begendim. Babe kullaniyordum zamaninda, onunla ayni derecede sevdim diyebilirim. Belki donusumlu kullanirim ikisini... Bu siseyi yeni aldim, diger daha kucuk ve cit cit kapakli olandansa bu pompali siseyi daha cok begenecegimi dusunuyorum. Sisede 200ml urun var.
